摘 要:疫情期间,各地各校开展了线上教学,并深入推进了数字化学习发展。该文运用文献分析法、调查研究法、个案分析等研究方法,以学生视角构建了健身气功线上课程“3C”学习模式,即健身气功理论知识的提升(Cognition)、技术技能的建构主义理念重构(Construction)及指导大众健身的沟通能力提升(Communication)的多元自我学习模式,将理论与实践教学相结合,引导学生构建理论知识、实践能力、沟通能力、合作能力、探究能力的学习方式,以拓展学习方法,灵活提炼在线学习技巧,提高学生学习效率。During the epidemic,schools around the country have launched online teaching and further promoted the development of digital learning.This article uses the literature analysis method,investigation research method,case analysis method and other research methods to construct the"3C"learning mode of online Health Qigong courses from the perspective of students,that is,the diversified self-learning mode of the improvement of theoretical knowledge of Health Qigong(Cognition),the reconstruction of the constructivist concept of technical skills(Construction),and the improvement of communication ability to guide public fitness(Communication),combines theory and practice teaching,and guides students to build a learning method of theoretical knowledge,practical ability,communication ability,cooperation ability and inquiry ability,in order to expand learning methods,flexibly refine online learning skills and improve students'learning efficiency.
