摘 要:随着高校体育教学改革的发展,课堂教学不断推陈出新。形体课作为高校体育教学重要内容之一,也在不断寻求突破。该文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、实验法和数理统计法等研究方法,对轻器械引入高校形体公共选项课进行实验研究。结果表明,轻器械的合理利用能有效改善学生上肢、背部、臀腿的形态,增强学生自信,树立正确的审美观。轻器械引入高校形体课可以丰富课堂学习内容,提高学生学习兴趣,促进学校体育教学改革,提高教师的个人业务能力。With the development of the reform of physical education in colleges and universities,classroom teaching is constantly innovating.As one of the important contents of college physical education,the physique course is also constantly seeking breakthroughs.This paper adopts research methods such as literature,questionnaire survey,interviews,experiments and mathematical statistics to carry out experimental research on the introduction of hand apparatus into the physique public elective course in colleges and universities.Results show that the rational use of hand apparatus can effectively improve students'upper limb,back and brachiocrural shapes,enhance students'confidence and establish correct aesthetics,and that the introduction of hand apparatus into the college physique course can enrich the content of classroom learning,improve students'interest in learning,promote the reform of college physical education,and improve teachers'personal professional ability.
