供给侧改革视角下新时代高校体育改革的问题表征与发展路径

摘　　要：基于大学生体育社会分层现状,从供给侧改革着手探究新时代我国高等学校体育发展新路径。研究得出:(1)探究大学生体育分层体系,能够有效提高大学体育供给质量和精准度,增强对于需求侧的适应性和针对性;(2)我国高校体育存在无效供给,体现在碎片化和体育文化观缺失、体育活动开展形式化、体育竞赛的“精英化”和“拿来主义”、创新性不足等;(3)新时代高校体育发展需要做好供给侧引领需求侧,兼顾学生体育能力的不同群体,实现全要素联动作用,创造上、中、下三层的精准供给,建立激励性的高等学校考核评价机制,扩展体育功能和时代价值,满足不同体育能力学生群体的多元体育文化需求,推动学校体育事业发展,促进体育强国梦的实现。Based on the current situation of the social stratification of college physical education,the new path of the development of college physical education in China in the new era is explored from supply-side reform.The study concludes as follows.(1)The exploration of the stratification system of college physical education can effectively improve the quality and precision of college physical education supplies,and enhance the adaptability and pertinence to the demand side.(2)There are ineffective supplies of college physical education in China,which are reflected in the fragmentation and the lack of the sports culture concept,the formalization of the development of sports activities,the"elitism"and"bringism"of sports competitions,the lack of innovation,etc.(3)In the new era,the development of college physical education needs to do a good job in leading the demand side by the supply side,take into account the different groups of students with sports ability,realize the linkage of all elements,create the accurate supply at the upper,middle and lower levels,establish the incentive assessment and evaluation mechanism for colleges and universities,expand the functions and the value of the times of sports,meet the diversified sports cultural needs of students with sports ability,promote the development of college sports,and promote the realization of the dream of building a leading sporting nation.
