摘　　要：随着国家深部找矿战略的实施,国内矿产勘查工作正向寻找隐伏矿、深部矿的方向转变。XY-8DB型电传动立轴钻机具备电液比例控制钻进参数,长行程送钻以及打捞和泥浆循环的DTC直接转矩控制等特点,使其相比传统立轴钻机在2000~3000 m的钻探施工中发挥更大的优势。随着钻孔深度的增加,原设计的绳索绞车的排绳机构出现了月牙滑块和丝杠异常磨损以及滚轮卡绳等问题,通过受力及结构分析,设计了新的排绳机构,改善了丝杠及滑块的受力状况,并通过表面处理增加了耐磨性,提升了该类设备在施工中的可靠性和安全性。With the implementation of the national deep mineral prospecting strategy,domestic mineral exploration work is shifting towards finding hidden and deep deposits.XY-8DB electric spindle drill has the characteristics of electro-hydraulic proportional control of drilling parameters,long stroke drilling and DTC direct torque control for fishing and mud circulation,etc.,which makes it play a greater role than traditional spindle drill in 2000~3000 m drilling construction.With the increase of drilling depth,the original design of rope arrangement mechanism of wireline coring winch has encountered some problems such as abnormal wear of the crescent slide and lead screw,as well as roller rope jamming.Through force and structural analysis,a new rope arrangement mechanism has been designed to improve the stress condition of lead screw and slide,and surface treatment has increased wear resistance,improved the reliability and safety of this type equipment during construction.
