摘  要:在石油生产过程中需管材统一标准,达到延长管材使用寿命的目的,同时确保石油生产系统能保持安全稳定。API(美国石油学会)是全球标准制定学会之一,时至今日该学会制定了超500份油气开采和化工等标准。API制定并推行标准的目的是助推行业大范围使用可以互换且安全稳定的设备与材料,同时助推工程技术、生产技术升级迭代。API标准具有安全性、通用性及先进性等特点,如何有效应用相关标准助推石油化工产业稳健发展成为需要解决的问题之一。本文通过探析使用API石油专用管材标准应注意的问题,以期为基于API标准助推石油化工产业稳健发展提供参考。In the process of petroleum productions,it is necessary to unify the standards of pipes to extend their life and ensure the safety and stability of petroleum production system.API(American Petroleum Institute)is one of the global standard-setting societies which has formulated more than 500 standards for oil&natural gas extraction and chemical industry.The purpose of API development and implementation of standards is to promote the widespread use of interchangeable,safe and stable equipment and materials in the industry,while also promoting the upgrading and iteration of engineering and production technologies.API standard has the characteristics of safety,universality and progressiveness.How to effectively apply relevant standards to promote the steady development of petrochemical industry has become one of the problems to be solved.This article analyzes the issues that should be paid attention to when using API standards for petroleum specialized pipes in order to provide reference for promoting the stable development of the petrochemical industry based on API standards.
