摘  要:为了提高EVO切丝机切丝质量,提高切丝合格率,对刀门高度、刀门宽度、铜排链输送速度、物料密度匹配性进行研究,对磨削系统控制优化研究,改进砂轮修整器设计,对砂轮架改进优化。改进后切丝质量合格率能提高10%,经过对EVO切丝机控制稳定性研究提高了切丝质量。In order to improve the quality of the shredding of the EVO shredder,and improve the qualified rate of shredding.The height of the knife gate,the width of the knife gate,the conveying speed of the copper chain,and the matching of material density are studied,the control optimization of the grinding system is studied,the design of the grinding wheel dresser is improved,and the grinding wheel frame is improved and optimized.After the improvement,the qualified rate of shredding quality can be increased by 10%.Through the research on the control stability of the EVO shredding machine,the shredding quality has been improved.
