摘　　要：目的:研究推行主诊医师考评机制对床位周转效率的干预效果。方法:采用中断时间序列(Interrupted Time-Se⁃ries,ITS)对天津某专科医院推行主诊医师考评机制后床位周转率变化进行分析。结果:推行主诊医师考评机制后床位周转率呈明显上升趋势,每年提升2.25人次,比主诊医师考评机制推行前每年涨幅增加1.40人次。结论:推行主诊医师考评机制对床位周转效率有显著的提升效果。Objective:To study the intervention effect of attending physician evaluation mechanism on bed turnover efficiency.Methods:After Interrupted time-series(ITS)was used to analyze the change of bed turnover rate in a specialized hospital in Tianjin.Results:After the implementation of the assessment mechanism for attending physicians,the bed turnover rate increased significantly,with an annual increase of 2.25 person-times,which was 1.40 person-times higher than that before the implementation of the assess⁃ment mechanism.Conclusion:The implementation of the evaluation mechanism of attending physicians has a significant effect on im⁃proving the efficiency of bed turnover.
