媒体融合时代兵团文化传播存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：兵团文化资源丰富且特色鲜明,在传播先进文化、促进民族团结等方面发挥着重要作用。新时代,媒体融合发展对兵团文化传播产生极大的影响,如何有效提升兵团文化的传播力,为促进兵团文化建设发挥作用,是一个值得思考的问题。该文从媒体融合时代文化传播呈现的新特点入手分析,发现兵团文化传播存在整体资源开发不足、传播队伍薄弱、区域联合不够和传播形式单一等问题,就利用新技术手段、发挥兵团文化资源整体优势、建设文化骨干队伍和树立全方位传播理念等方面,提出了有效提升兵团文化传播的对策与建议。XPCC cultureal resources are rich and full of special characteristics,which play an important role in spreading advanced culture and enhancing national unity.In the new era,internet-media merging development has a tremendous influence on spreading XPCC culture.How to effectively promote the culture spreading,so as to help building XPCC cultural construction,is a valuable and necessary question.Based on analysis of new features of cultural communication in internet-meda time,the author of the paper tries to sort out such problems as shortage of overall resource development,shortage of related staff,weak regional cooperation,shortage of various spreading methods or means and so on.With these problems in view,we put forward such suggestions and measures as making full use of new techniques,exerting the overall advantage,continuously developing staff team and renewing full-scale spreading ideas etc.in order to effectively promote the spreading of XPCC culture.
