摘 要:针对带芯轴的实心盘在进行包容性试验时,缺陷的大小难以确定的问题进行了研究。由于轮盘和芯轴连接处是圆角过渡,其有效结合面较难确定,故制订了三种计算方案,采用平均应力法进行计算,获得缺陷的大小。用线切割的方法在轮盘上预制缺陷,并在立式轮盘试验器上开展试验。结果表明,合理选取轮盘与芯轴结合面的轴向有效高度可提高试验成功率,研究结果具有工程应用价值。In this paper,the problem that the size of the defect of solid disk with a mandrel was difficult to determine when doing containment test was studied.Due to the rounded transition at the connection between the disc and the mandrel,it was difficult to determine the effective joint surface.Therefore,three calculation schemes have been developed.The mean stress method was used to obtain the size of the defect.The defects were prefabricated by wire cutting and experiments were carried out on a vertical disk tester.The results show that reasonable selection of the effective axial height of the joint surface of the disc and the mandrel can improve the success rate of the test.The results are valuable for engineering application.
