摘　　要：过滤分离器作为航煤储运系统中必须安装的关键设施设备,一般为Ⅱ类压力容器。按照完整性体系管理要求,要在设施设备更新环节做好设计选型和准入。对设备材质、安装位置、关键性能及参数等进行了明确,提出了设备采用导静电内防腐涂料和密封垫穿孔双头螺栓结构的头盖设置,同步增设安全阀、界位计等辅助安全设施的技术要求。选定型号设备为二级过滤卧式结构,具备实际应用条件,满足各种复杂的工艺工况条件和产品质量要求。解决了原有设施设备存在的缺陷及客观弊端问题,确保设施设备后期投入运行使用过程安全稳定、性能可靠和能长周期运行,进一步提升市场航油供应能力。An filter separator is generally a class II pressure vessel which must be installed in aviation jet fuel storage and transportation system.In accordance with the requirements of integrity system management,we should do a good job in the design selection and access of facilities and equipment update link.The conditions of equipment material,installation position,surface anticorrosion,performance index and so on are clarified,and the technical requirements are put forward that the equipment adopts the electrostatic conductive internal anticorrosive coating and the head cover with the perforated bolt structure of the sealing gasket,and the auxiliary safety facilities such as safety valve and boundary meter are added simultaneously.The selected type of equipment is a two-stage horizontal filter structure,which has practical application conditions and meets various complex process conditions and product quality requirements.It solves the defects and objective malpractices of the original facilities and equipment,ensures the safety and stability,reliable performance and long cycle operation of the facilities and equipment when put into operation later,and further improves the aviation jet fuel supply capacity in the market.
