摘  要:以高温合金GH4648为实验研究对象,优化TIG焊的焊接规范参数、施焊条件等,研究了深冷和深冷后时效两种工艺对该材料TIG焊件的硬度、强度的影响,并探究了两种工艺对显微组织的影响。试验结果表明,深冷处理可提高镍基高温合金GH4648的硬度和强度,该材料焊件既适合高温也适合低温环境下的应用;深冷处理后再在880℃进行12 h时效处理,抗拉强度大幅提升,显微硬度也可得到提高,可有效改善高温合金GH4648焊件的力学性能。Taking superalloy GH4648 as the experimental research object,the welding specification parameters and welding conditions of TIG welding were optimized,and the effects of two processes,namely,cryogenic and post-cryogenic aging,on the hardness and strength of the material’s TIG weldments were studied,and the effects of the two processes on the microstructure were also explored.The results show that cryogenic treatment can improve the hardness and strength of nickel-base superalloy GH4648,which is suitable for both high and low temperature applications,and that,after cryogenic treatment,880℃*12 h aging treatment can greatly improve the tensile strength and microhardness,which can effectively improve the mechanical properties of superalloy GH4648 weldment.
