摘　　要：找准高校党建与业务工作融合发展的方向和结合点,推动党的建设与高等教育事业发展深度融合,是新时代高校基层党组织建设的重要方向。立足于新时期党建“双创”培育和创建工作、党建与业务工作的辩证关系,从当前党建与业务工作融合的现实困境出发,以“党建引领、融合发展”的思路,提出了以党建引领管理为统领、党建引领思政为根本、党建引领教学为动力、党建引领科研为抓手的重要举措,进而实现以高质量党建引领高校实现高质量发展。It is an important direction for the construction of grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities in the new era to find out the direction and joint point of the integration of party construction and work in colleges and universities and to promote the deep integration of party construction and the development of higher education.Based on the dialectical relationship between the cultivation and creation of“mass entrepreneurship”in party construction in the new era,party construction and work,starting from the current practical predicament of the integration of party construction and work,and with the idea of“leading and integrated development of party construction”,this paper presents the important measures of“leading management of the Party building as the leader”,“guiding ideology and politics by the Party building as the foundation”,“leading teaching by the Party building as the driving force”and“leading scientific research by the Party building as the starting point”are put forward,so as to realize the high-quality development of colleges and universities led by high-quality party building.
