香棕根际土一株拮抗病原真菌细菌的分离鉴定及生物学性质研究

摘  要:本研究以海南文昌香棕根际土作为材料,分离得到一种土壤细菌,编号为HNXZB1。菌株HNXZB1的形态学、16S rDNA分子鉴定结果均为炭疽杆菌,革兰氏染色结果为阳性,且具有降解淀粉、分解无机磷、分解糖产生丙酮酸、产生过氧化氢酶的能力。拮抗能力试验结果表明,该细菌对于稻瘟病菌和禾谷镰刀菌均有拮抗作用,抑制率分别达到53.53%,49.38%。本研究将为植物根际细菌功能研究提供参考,并为开发抗菌剂或生物有机肥提供理论指导。This study isolated a soil bacterium named HNXZB1 from the rhizosphere soil of Hainan Wenchang Arenga engleri.The morphological and 16S rDNA molecular identification results of strain HNXZB1 were all Bacillus anthracis,with a positive Gram staining result.It has the ability to degrade starch,decompose inorganic phosphorus,decompose sugar to produce pyruvate,and produce catalase.The results of antagonistic ability test showed that the bacteria had antagonism against Magnaporthe oryzae and Fusarium graminearum,and the inhibition rates were 53.53%and 49.38%,respectively.This study will provide reference for the functional research of plant rhizosphere bacteria and theoretical guidance for the development of antibacterial agents or bio-organic fertilizers.
