摘  要:为探讨青海高原西北小檗体内小檗碱含量与不同海拔位置的响应关系。我们分3年采集不同海拔位置的西北小檗,采用高效液相色谱法对其根部、茎秆小檗碱的含量进行测定。结果表明:树龄相近的西北小檗根部小檗碱的含量随着海拔升高呈现增加的趋势,且根部含量多于茎秆。研究结果可为不同海拔地区的小檗属植物或者道地中药材的开发利用提供一定的参考。To explore the response relationship between the content of berberine in the body of Berberis vernae in the northwest of Qinghai Plateau and different altitudes.We Collected northwest berberis at different altitudes over a period of 3 years and determined the content of berberine in their roots and stems using high-performance liquid chromatography.The results showed that the content of berberine in the roots of Berberis vernae with similar tree ages showed an increasing trend with increasing altitude,and the content in the roots was higher than that in the stems.The research results can provide a certain reference for the development and utilization of Berberis plants or authentic Chinese medicinal materials in different altitude regions.
