减水剂种类对低水胶比水泥浆体静动态流变性能的影响

摘  要:基于浆体动态屈服应力、静态屈服应力以及小振幅振荡模式下储能模量,研究了两类减水剂对低水胶比水泥浆体静动态流变性能的影响机制。结果表明:对于初始流动度相近的低水胶比水泥浆体,羧酸基减水剂掺量远低于膦酸基减水剂;掺膦酸基减水剂浆体的动态流动性损失较小,且静态屈服应力和储能模量增幅均低于掺羧酸基减水剂浆体。此外,低水胶比水泥浆体的静动态流变性能并非同步发展,这主要由于其内在影响机制存在明显差异。Based on the dynamic yield stress,static yield stress and storage modulus under small amplitude oscillation mode,this study investigated the influence mechanism of two types of water reducers on the static and dynamic rheological properties of low water-binder ratio cement paste.The results show that for low water-binder ratio cement paste with similar initial fluidity,the dosage of carboxylic acid water reducer is much lower than that of phosphoric acid water reducer.The loss of dynamic fluidity of cement paste with phosphoric acid water reducer is smaller,and the increase of static yield stress and storage modulus is lower than that of cement paste with carboxylic acid water reducer.In addition,the static and dynamic rheological properties of low water-binder ratio cement paste are not synchronized,mainly due to the significant differences in their inherent influence mechanisms.
