摘 要:随着新能源市场快速增长,电芯及其表面处理材料也在更新迭代,UV光固化涂层是替代传统蓝膜和粉末涂料的重要方式之一。本研究探讨了用于电芯的LED光固化涂料制备与性能,重点探究了多官能度低聚物、固化时间对C=C双键转化率的影响规律;研究了不同种类附着力促进剂对铝材基UV涂料附着力的影响;分析了不同阻燃剂对涂层热失重的影响。实验结果表明,在固化时间30 s时,添加9%的四官能度硫醇类丙烯酸树脂,C=C双键转化率可以达到99%以上;添加5%的磷酸酯改性丙烯酸将铝材附着力提高到0级;使用含溴单体作为阻燃成分,对涂层热稳定性影响较小。With the rapid growth of the new energy market,the cell and its surface treatment materials are also updated and iterative.UV curable coating is one of the important ways to replace the traditional blue membrane and powder coatings.In this paper,the preparation and performance of LED curable coatings used for cell are discussed,and the influence of multi-functional oligomers and curing time on the conversion rate of C=C is emphatically explored.The effects of different adhesion promoters on the adhesion of UV curable coatings based on aluminum are studied.The effects of different flame retardants on thermal gravimetry of coating are analyzed.The experimental results show that the conversion rate of C=C double bond can reach more than 99%by adding 9%four-functional mercaptan acrylic resin as cured for 30 s.The addition of 5%phosphate ester modified acrylic acid can increase the adhesion of coating on aluminum to grade 0.The use of bromine monomer as flame retardant component has little effect on the thermal stability of coating.
