摘　　要：分析某高校附属口腔医学院医学装备管理业务关联人员对医学装备管理服务育人体系建设系列党建措施质效认可度及其影响因素,探讨进一步提升医学院医学装备管理服务育人体系建设质效的机制。采用问卷对样本医学院医学装备管理业务关联人员开展全面调查,发现通过系列党建措施确实可以提升医学院整体医学装备管理服务育人体系建设质效;分析医学装备管理服务育人体系不同维度以及不同人员对相对低分维度的认可度差异,以便更加科学并有针对性地加强医学装备管理服务育人体系建设的薄弱环节。To discuss working mechanism of further improving quality and efficiency of the medical equipment management service education system construction in a medical school,the recognition degree of personnel that medical equipment management concerned to quality and efficiency of a series of initiatives implemented by party building for improving medical equipment management service education system construction and its influencing factors was analyzed.A comprehensive survey was conducted on the personnel that medical equipment management business associates of the sample school by using the questionnaire.The overall quality and efficiency of the equipment management service education system construction of the school can be improved by the series of initiatives implemented by party building.By analyzing the different dimensions of medical equipment management service education system construction,and the differences in the recognition of the different characteristic of personnel on the quality and efficiency of relatively low-scoring dimensions,it is possible to strengthen the relatively weak links of medical equipment management service education system construction in a more scientific and pertinent manner.
