摘 要:以KYN28-12开关柜内的梅花触头为研究对象,通过有限元建立三维电-热-力多物理场耦合模型,研究了镀银层厚度、表面粗糙度、硬度及涂覆电力润滑脂对其接触部位导电性的影响,并通过实验对仿真结果进行验证。结果表明,梅花触头接触部位镀银能够提高接触表面导电性。具体表现为:随镀银层表面粗糙度增大,接触部位的温升显著增大,但仍满足GB/T 11022–2011中温升低于65 K的要求;随镀银层硬度的增大,接触部位的温升略微增大;镀银层厚度对接触部位导电性的影响不大;涂覆电力润滑脂能够提高梅花触头接触部位的导电性。仿真分析结果与实验结果基本一致。A three-dimensional model coupling electric,thermal,and force fields was established by finite element method to study the effects of the properties(i.e.thickness,surface roughness,and hardness)of silver coating electroplated on the surface of tulip contact in a Model KYN28-12 switchgear and further coating with electrical grease on the electrical conductivity of the contact part.Corresponding experiments were carried out to verify the simulation results.It was proved that the electrical conductivity could be improved by electroplating silver on the contact part of tulip contact.The temperature rise of contact part was increased significantly with the increasing of surface roughness of silver coating,which was less than 65 K,a limit stipulated by the standard GB/T 11022–2011.The temperature rise of contact part was increased slightly with the increasing of hardness of silver coating.The increase in thickness of silver coating had little effect on the electrical conductivity of contact part.The electrical conductivity of the contact part of tulip contact could be improved by coating electrical grease on it.The simulation analysis results were basically consistent with the experimental results.
