摘  要:城市是人口、产业集聚之地,随着社会经济的高速发展,城市高速公路网在城市交通中的重要地位日益显现。但相比于乡村野外,城市立交枢纽(互通桥梁)的建造,面对的施工环境较为复杂。交通行车、人口密集、设施繁杂等众多因素,增加了施工的安全风险及难度,给城市互通立交施工带来了极大的挑战和压力。本文以广佛肇高速公路广州石井至肇庆大旺(广州段)SG01合同段朝阳互通立交主线桥现浇大挑臂盖梁施工为例,通过介绍钢管柱+H型钢梁支架施工现浇大挑臂盖梁的工艺技术,希望为今后城市施工类似桥梁下部结构提供借鉴和经验。Cities are places where people and industries gather,with the rapid development of social economy,the important position of urban expressway network in urban traffic is increasingly apparent.However,compared with the countryside,the construction of urban interchange hub(interchange bridge)faces a more complex construction environment.Many factors,such as traffic,dense population and complex facilities,increase the safety risks and difficulties of construction,and bring great challenges and pressures to the construction of urban interchanges.This paper takes the construction of cast-in-place large cantilever capping beam of the main bridge of Chaoyang Interchange in the SG01 contract section from Guangzhou Shijing to Zhaoqing Dawang(Guangzhou section)of Guangzhou-Foshao-Zhao Expressway as an example,by introducing the technology of construction of cast-in-place large cantilever capping beam with steel pipe column and H-shaped steel beam support,it is hoped to provide reference and experience for future urban construction of similar bridge substructure.
