摘　　要：高关注度饮用水水源地清淤工程中,须在保证供水安全、尽可能减小对环境影响的前提下保证清淤效果,其清淤方案至关重要。为了确保清淤方案的科学、合理,需致力于清淤关键技术的研究。文章以颐和园团成湖清淤工程为例,在分析清淤条件、研究水源地功能临时替代方案的基础上,针对性地对带水作业、半带水作业及干场作业等清淤方式及工艺,以及淤泥脱水固化及余水处理、淤泥堆场、淤泥资源化利用等关键技术进行方案研究、比选,确定通过局部新建连通管线将团城湖水源地功能临时替代,为水源地干场创造条件,采取真空预压干场清淤方案。该清淤方案能够在保证供水安全、降低环境影响的同时保证清淤效果,且占地少、工期短、投资低,是一个相对科学、合理的方案。In the dredging project of high attention drinking water source areas,it is crucial to ensure the dredging effect while ensuring water supply safety and minimizing environmental impact.The dredging plan is crucial.In order to ensure the scientific and reasonable dredging plan,it is necessary to focus on the research of key dredging technologies.This article takes the Summer Palace Tuancheng Lake dredging project as an example.Based on the analysis of construction conditions and the study of temporary altermative solutions for water source functions,targeted research and comparison are conducted on key technologies such as dredging methods and processes for water carrying operations,semi water carrying operations,and dry field operations,sludge dewatering and solidification,residual water treatment,sludge storage yard,and sludge resource utilization.It is determined to temporarily replace the function of Tuancheng Lake water source through the construction of local connecting pipelines,creating conditions for the dry field of the water source,and adopting a vacuum preloading dry field dredging plan.This dredging plan can ensure the safety of water supply and reduce environmental impact while ensuring the dredging effect,and has the advantages of small land occupation,short construction period,and low investment.It is a relatively scientific and reasonable plan.
