摘 要:以滁州卷烟厂污水处理站膜生物反应器(MBR)工艺曝气系统的改造工程实例为研究对象,分析了该厂MBR工艺概况及存在问题,提出了工艺结构和控制策略的优化措施。改造后的运行结果表明,优化后的MBR工艺曝气系统节能效果明显,平均季度电耗同比降幅为30.58%;有效延缓膜污染进程,平均季度膜片损坏数同比降幅为55.81%;有效改善曝气管堵塞问题,COD_(Cr)、BOD_(5),和氨氮浓度降幅较大,平均值分别为19.03%、21.39%和20.16%。该改造项目节能效益好、经济回报率高,不仅明显提升了MBR工艺环节的自动化程度、安全性和出水水质,而且为污水处理工艺的升级改造工程提供了参考经验。Taking the reconstruction project of the membrane bio-reactor(MBR)process aeration system of Chuzhou Cigarette Factory wastewater treatment station as the research object,the general situation of the MBR process and the existing problems are analyzed,and optimization measures for process structureand control strategy are put forward.The running results after the transformation show that the optimized MBR process aeration system has obvious energy-saving effect,and the average quarterly power consumption decreases by 30.58%year on year.The membrane fouling process in the MBR process is effectively postponed,and the average quarterly number of membrane damages decreases by 55.81%year on year.The blockage problem in the aeration pipe has been effectively improved.The concentration of COD_(Cr),BOD_(5) and ammonia nitrogen have decreased significantly,with an average of 19.03%,21.39%and 20.16%,respectively.The reconstruction project has good energy saving benefits and high economic return rate,which not only significantly improves the automation degree,safety and effluent quality of MBR process,but also provides reference experience for the upgrading and reconstruction of the wastewater treatment process.
