摘  要:针对城市污水输送泵站通过气溶胶形式可能产生的微生物空气传播风险,通过16SrRNA高通量测序技术、流式细胞术和沉降法菌落总数检测,分析评价了次氯酸喷雾、紫外照射对生物气溶胶细菌群落的作用程度及杀灭效率。结果表明,根据香农多样性指数(SHDI),紫外照射消毒对生物气溶胶细菌群落结构的影响程度高于次氯酸喷雾消毒;针对菌落总数,次氯酸喷雾消毒对生物气溶胶的灭活效率约为20.83%,紫外照射消毒对生物气溶胶的灭活效率约为75.04%;针对流式活细胞数,次氯酸喷雾消毒对生物气溶胶的灭活效率约为48.19%,紫外照射消毒对生物气溶胶的灭活效率约为83.57%,紫外消毒方式优于次氯酸喷雾消毒。In view of the possible risk of airborne transmission of microorganisms in the form of aerosols in the urban wastewater collection and transfer pump station,the disinfection methods of hypochlorite spray and ultraviolet irradiation were applied in the pump station.The interference degree and disinfection efficiency of hypochlorite spray and ultraviolet irradiation on the bioaerosol bacterial community were analyzed and evaluated by means of 16S rRNA high-throughput sequencing,flow cytometry and total bacterial counting method.Results showed that in terms of Shannon's diversity index(SHDI),the influence of ultraviolet irradiation disinfection on the bacterial community structure of bioaerosol was higher than that of hypochlorite spray disinfection.From the perspective of total bacterial counting,the inactivation efficiency of hypochlorite spray disinfection for bioaerosols was about 20.83%,and that of ultraviolet irradiation disinfection for bioaerosols was about 75.4%.From the perspective of flow cytometry,the inactivation efficiency of hypochlorite spray disinfection on bioaerosols was about 48.19%,and that of ultraviolet radiation disinfection on bioaerosols was about 83.57%.For the application of bioaerosol risk prevention and control technology in urban wastewater transmission pump stations,ultraviolet disinfection is superior to hypochlorite spray disinfection.
