摘  要:结合废水特点与用户需求,将“混凝沉淀-生物固定膜复合(HBF)工艺-二级软化沉淀”组合工艺应用于煤化工综合废水(航天炉煤气化废水为主)的处理中。该工程案例中,乙二醇废水预处理新型高效厌氧脱氮生物反应器(ADN反应器)设计NO_(3)^(-)N容积负荷为1.27kgNO_(3)-N/(m^(3)·d),上升流速为2m/h,停留时间为15.1h;综合废水处理系统中,一级缺氧池设计TN容积负荷为(0.8kgTN/m^(3)·d),一级好氧池设计COD_(Cr)容积负荷为0.8kgCOD_(Cr)/(m^(3)·d),一级好氧池设计氨氮容积负荷为0.2kg氨氮/(m^(3)·d)。运行结果表明,该组合工艺对煤化工综合废水的处理效果稳定。经处理后的出水COD_(Cr)<45mg/L、TN<30mg/L、氨氮<5mg/L,出水水质满足《石油化学工业污染物排放标准》(GB315712015)表1直接排放标准及《合成氨工业水污染物排放标准》(GB134582013)表2直接排放标准。系统运行成本约为3.01元/m^(3)。Combined with the characteristics of wastewater and user needs,the combined process of"coagulation sedimentation-HBF-secondary softening sedimentation"is applied to the treatment of coal chemical comprehensive wastewater(mainly of space furnace coal gasification wastewater).In this project case,the design NOg-N volume load of ethylene glycol wastewater pretreatment denitrification reactor(ADN reactor)is 1.27 kg NO_(3)^(-)N/(m^(3)·d),the rising flow rate is 2 m/h,and the retention time is 15.1 h.In the comprehensive wastewater treatment system,the design TN volume load of the primary anoxic tank is O.8 kg TN/(m^(3)·d),the design CODαvolume load of the primary aerobic tank is O.8 kg COD_(Cr)/(m^(3)·d),and the design ammonia nitrogen volume load of the primary aerobic tank is 0.2 kg ammonia nitrogen/(m^(3)·d).The operation results show that the combined process has stable treatment effect on coal chemical comprehensive wastewater.The treated effluent COD_(Cr) is lower than 45 mg/L,TN is lower than 30 mg/L,ammonia nitrogen is lower than 5 mg/L,and the efluent quality meets the direct discharge standard in table 1 of Emission Standard of Pollutants for Petroleum Chemistry Industry(GB 31571-2015)and table 2 of Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Ammonia Industry(GB 13458—2013).The system operation cost is about 3.01 yuan/m^(3).
