摘 要:为落实河北省关于“压采地下水、加大地表水供水量、保证城市供水安全”的需要,应对陡河水库藻类问题频发,藻类代谢引起致嗅物质浓度升高,影响供水水质的问题,文中提出了以臭氧-活性炭深度处理工艺为核心的技术路线。结合厂区现状布置,融入集约化设计理念,同时充分挖潜现状设备间以满足新的供水负荷,减少了新建工程量。通过多种手段并举,利用预臭氧、常规处理、后臭氧、生物活性炭组合处理单元,在提升水处理工艺水平的同时,针对性地对嗅味物质提出了有效的处理措施,实现供水规模由15万m^(3)/d提升至30万m^(3)/d,对类似的改扩建工程具有重要的参考借鉴意义。In order to implement Hebei Province's policy of reducing groundwater exploitation,increasing surface water supply and ensuring the safety of urban water supply,deal with the frequent occurrence of algae problems of odorants concentration increasing caused by metabolism which affects the water quality of water supply in Douhe Reservoir,a technical route centered on ozone-biological activated carbon(O-BAC)advanced treatment process was proposed in this paper.Combined with the current layout of the factory area,integrated into the intensive design concept and fully tapped the existing equipment capacity to meet the new water supply load,the amount of new construction was reduced.Through a variety of means,the combined treatment unit of pre-ozone,conventional treatment,post-ozone and biological activated carbon was used to improve the level of water treatment technology,and at the same time,effective treatment measures for odor substances were proposed.The water supply scale is increased from 150000 m/d to 300000 m/d,which has important reference significance for similar reconstruction and expansion projects.
