摘  要:目的调查研究后疫情时代护理人员知觉压力现状及其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,选取三级甲等综合医院1083名在岗护理人员,采用一般资料调查表、疲劳量表-14(FS-14)、中文版知觉压力量表(CPSS)、感知的上级社会支持量表进行问卷调查。结果65.93%(714/1083)的护理人员处于健康危险性压力状态,疲劳、感知的上级支持、第一学历、医院用工形式、家庭年收入是知觉压力的影响因素(P<0.05)。疲劳与知觉压力呈正相关,感知的上级支持和知觉压力呈负相关,专科学历、事业编制、家庭年收入低于10万元人民币和高于30万元人民币的护理人员的知觉压力更大。结论通过增强护理人员对上级支持的感知从而减轻其疲劳程度,针对不同的影响因素采取相应的有效措施以有效缓解护理人员的知觉压力。Objective To investigate the present situation of nursing staff’s perceived stress and its influencing factors in the post-epidemic era.Methods The convenience sampling method was used to select 1083 on-duty nursing staff from grade 3A general hospitals.General data ques⁃tionnaire,fatigue scale-14(FS-14),Chinese Perceived Stress Scale(CPSS)and perceived superi⁃or social support scale were used to conduct a questionnaire survey.Results 65.93%(714/1083)of nursing staff were under health risk stress.Fatigue,perceived superior support,first degree,hospital employment pattern and annual family income were the influencing factors of perceived stress(P<0.05).Fatigue was positively correlated with perceived stress,and perceived superior support was negatively correlated with perceived stress.The perceived stress was greater for nurs⁃ing staff with junior college education,career establishment,family annual income below RMB 100000 and over RMB 300000.Conclusion Through enhancing the nursing staff's perception of superior support to reduce their fatigue degree,take corresponding effective measures for differ⁃ent influencing factors to effectively relieve the nursing staff's perceptual pressure.
