摘　　要：本文从临床检验与血液检验教研室建设和管理存在问题展开研究,针对形态学拓展方向课程特色,实施导师制,选拔优秀学生加入科研团队,将“科研与创新方向”落到实处,培养医学检验顶尖医学人才。从教研室建设和管理实践中也取得了喜人的教研成果,编写了多部教材,在100多所高校检验专业教学中使用,医学检验特色拓展通过分类人才培养模式和构建的18门向课程模块,填补国内空白,在全国推广使用建立规范化现代化临床检验与血液检验教研室管理模式。"Clinical Laboratory technology"and"Clinical hematology laboratory technology"are the most basic and important required professional courses of medical laboratory major,which combine medical theory and practice.The morphology of this course is a professional technology that is extremely difficult to master.At present,it is rare to set up a teaching and research section to study the education of morphology.Therefore,the construction and management exploration and practice research of clinical laboratory and blood laboratory are the priority among priorities.The research is carried out from the existing problems in construction and management of clinical laboratory and blood laboratory.According to the course characteristics of morphology expansion direction,the tutorial system is implemented,excellent students are selected to join the scientific research team,the"direction of scientific research and innovation"is implemented,and top medical talents in medical laboratory are cultivated.From the construction and management practice of the teaching and research department,we have also made good achievements in teaching and research.We have compiled several textbooks for use in the teaching of laboratory majors in more than 100 colleges and universities,and have expanded the characteristics of medical laboratory by classifying the personnel training mode and constructing 18 modules to fill the domestic gaps,to promote the use of the establishment of standardized modern clinical laboratory and blood laboratory teaching and research department management mode.
