摘　　要：目的按照世界卫生组织(World Health Organization,WHO)所确定的健康定义标准,结合国际上综合健康评价方法,建立基于潜变量的保健对象健康状况综合评价模型,并开展系列分析及应用。方法2020年3月—2022年4月,采用综合评价模型对1148名保健对象开展健康评价,通过以老年群体的全面健康状况评价为基础,运用躯体健康、心理健康、功能状态、环境及社会适应等多方面衡量技术,构建保健对象健康状况综合评价模型。结果采用该模型对1148名符合条件的保健对象开展健康状况综合评价,并将临床相关评价模型和专家咨询指导进行对照,结果显示该模型具有显著的一致性特点。结论综合评价模型作为一种可量化的科学有效的健康评价方法,在推动健康管理工作的规范发展上具有极高的应用价值。Objective According to the health definition standard determined by the World Health Organization(WHO)and combined with the international comprehensive health evaluation method,a comprehensive health evaluation model based on latent variables was established,and a series of analysis and application were carried out.Methods From March 2020 to April 2022,the comprehensive evaluation model was used to carry out health evaluation on 1148 health care subjects.Based on the comprehensive health status evaluation of the elderly,the comprehensive evaluation model of health care subjects was built by using various measurement techniques,such as physical health,mental health,functional status,environmental and social adaptation.Results The model was used to comprehensively evaluate the health status of 1148 eligible health care subjects,and was compared with the clinical evaluation model and the expert consultation and guidance.The results showed that the model had remarkable consistency.Conclusion As a quantifiable,scientific and effective health evaluation method,the comprehensive evaluation model has high application value in promoting the standardized development of health management.
