摘　　要：目的构建静脉导管维护网约护士风险预警能力指标体系,对静疗专科小组网约护士的准入、培训提供参考意见。方法以SARF理论为理论基础,结合文献查阅和质性访谈拟定指标体系初稿,通过德尔菲法对25名专家进行两轮函询,运用层次分析法确定指标权重并进行一致性检验。结果两轮专家函询问卷回收率为83.33%和96.00%;专家权威系数为0.882和0.890;总年指标的肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.207(χ^(2)=248.104,P<0.001)、0.254(χ^(2)=304.812,P<0.001);变异系数为0.00%~21.31%。最终形成静脉导管维护网约护士风险预警能力指标体系,由3个一级指标、9个二级指标和39个三级指标组成。结论研究构建的互联网+护理服务风险管理评价指标体系具有一定科学性,对静疗专科小组网约护士的培训及准入具有指导意义。Objective To establish a risk early warning capability index system for intravenous catheter maintenance network nurses,and provide reference opinions for the admission and training of network nurses in intravenous therapy specialist groups.Methods Based on SARF theory,combined with literature review and qualitative interviews,the first draft of the indicator system was drawn up.Two rounds of correspondence were conducted with 25 experts through Delphi method,and the weights of indicators were determined by analytic hierarchy process and the consistency was tested.Results The recovery rates of the two rounds of expert correspondence questionnaires were 83.33%and 96.00%;the expert authority coefficients are 0.882 and 0.890;the Kendall harmony coefficients of the overall indicators were 0.207(χ^(2)=248.104,P<0.001)and 0.254(χ^(2)=304.812,P<0.001),respectively;the coefficient of variation is 0.00%-21.31%.Finally,an indicator system for risk early warning ability of intravenous catheter maintenance network nurses was formed,consisting of 3 first level indicators,9 second level indicators,and 39 third level indicators.Conclusion The Internet plus nursing service risk management evaluation index system built by the study is scientific to a certain extent,and has guiding significance for the training and admission of online appointment nurses of the quiet therapy specialist group.
