摘　　要：目的分析内科整体护理管理中持续护理质量改进措施的应用效果。方法选取2021年6月—2022年6月山东省泗水人民医院内科病房100名工作人员为研究对象,观察组(n=44)实施持续护理质量改进管理,对照组(n=56)实施工作流程管理模式。对比两组干预前后的管理质量。结果干预前,两组管理质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组管理质量评分明显均高于干预前,且观察组管理质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组护理投诉率明显低于对照组,护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整体护理质量的持续改进明显提高了内科病房的护理质量。Objective To analyze the effect of continuous nursing quality improvement measures in internal medicine holistic nursing management.Methods 100 staff members from the internal medicine ward of the People´s Hospital of Sishui,Shandong Province from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The observation group(n=44)implemented continuous nursing quality improvement management,while the control group(n=56)implemented a common workflow management model.Compare the management quality of the two groups before and after intervention.Results Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in management quality between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the management quality scores of two groups were significantly higher than those before intervention,and the management quality scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the nursing complaint rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous improvement of the overall nursing quality can obviously improve the nursing quality of the internal medicine ward.
