柔性管理在门诊护士管理中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的探析门诊护士管理中采用柔性管理的有效性。方法选取2022年1—12月山东省泰安市妇幼保健院22名门诊护士作为研究对象,采用电脑随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各11名。对照组采用常规管理,观察组采用柔性管理。对比两组护士管理效果。结果观察组的不良事件发生率(0.00%)和护患纠纷发生率(0.00%)均低于对照组(27.27%、9.09%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的分诊准确率(100.00%)高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组护士对于工作满意度(100.00%)高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组管理后护理技能(9.04±0.23)分、护理态度(9.32±0.27)分、就诊秩序(8.98±0.65)分和护士仪表(9.03±0.28)分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论门诊护士管理中采用柔性管理的效果显著,具有推广价值。Objective To explore the effectiveness of flexible management in the management of outpatient nurses.Methods From January to December 2022,22 outpatient nurses from Tai´an Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital in Shandong Province were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group using a computer random number table method,with 11 nurses in each group.The control group adopted conventional management,and the observation group adopted flexible management.The effect of nurse management was compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse events(0.00%)and nurse-patient disputes(0.00%)in observation group was lower than that in control group(27.27%,9.09%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The accuracy of triage in observation group(100.00%)was higher than that in control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The job satisfaction of nurses in observation group(100.00%)was higher than that in control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After management nursing skill(9.04±0.23)points,nursing attitude(9.32±0.27)points,medical order(8.98±0.65)points and nurse instrument(9.03±0.28)points in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of flexible management in the management of outpatient nurses is remarkable and has the value of popularization.
