摘 要:目的构建由“家长-幼儿园-医疗保健机构-妇幼保健管理机构”参与的学龄前儿童口腔保健立体式健康教育干预模式,并探讨其对学龄前儿童龋齿矫治率的干预效果。方法采取整群随机抽样方法,选取2021年龙岗区12家省一级幼儿园,随机分为两组,每组6家幼儿园,以幼儿园3岁、4岁年龄段儿童作为研究对象,干预组采用立体式健康教育干预模式,对照组采用既有的传统健康教育方式,干预1年后,排除中途入园、转园或离园的儿童,对比两组儿童新发龋齿率和龋齿矫治率。结果干预组新发龋齿率增幅低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=65.58,P<0.001),干预组儿童龋齿矫治率为65.23%,高于对照组的29.48%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=105.39,P<0.001)。结论采用立体式健康教育模式进行干预可提高儿童龋齿矫治率。Objective To construct a three-dimensional health education intervention model for oral health care of preschool children,with the participation of"parents kindergartens healthcare institutions maternal and child health management institutions",and to explore its intervention effect on the dental caries correction rate of preschool children.Method A cluster random sampling method was used to select 12 provincial-level kindergartens in Longgang District in 2021.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 6 kindergartens in each group.Children aged 3 and 4 in the kindergarten were selected as the research subjects.The intervention group used a three-dimensional health education intervention model,while the control group used existing traditional health education methods.After one year of intervention,children who entered,transferred,or left the kindergarten midway were excluded.Compared the rates of new dental caries and caries correction between two groups of children.Results The increase in the incidence of new dental caries in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=65.575,P<0.001).The correction rate of dental caries in children in the intervention group was 65.23%,which was higher than 29.48%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=105.39,P<0.001).Conclusion The use of a three-dimensional health education model for intervention can improve the correction rate of dental caries in children.
