摘 要:随着城市快速道路的建设,市政高架立交桥梁建设越来越多,现浇箱梁施工中的支架结构以其承载力大、拆装方便、施工周期短等优点,在市政桥梁建设中得到了广泛应用。本文以海山大道一联4×32m现浇箱梁梁式支架的应用实例为依托,从梁式支架的设计及实际应用,说明梁式支架在现浇箱梁施工布置中的技术要点。最后通过对梁式支架各构件的验算,结果表明梁式支架在现浇箱梁施工中具有足够的强度、刚度及稳定性,能够满足实际工程的应用。With the construction of urban expressways,there has been an increasing number of municipal elevated overpasses,and the support structure in cast-in-place beam construction has been widely used in municipal bridge construction because of its high load-bearing capacity,convenient disassembly and assembly,and short construction period.Based on the application example of 4×32m cast-in-place box girder beam-type support on Shanhai Avenue,this paper explains the design and practical application of the beam-type support,highlighting the technical key points in the layout of cast-in-place box girder construction.Finally,through the calculation of each component of the beam-type support,the results show that the beam-type support has sufficient strength,stiffness and stability in the construction of cast-in-place box girder,which can meet the requirements of actual engineering applications.
