我国火灾高危单位消防安全评估地方标准现状研究

摘　　要：消防安全评估标准对于指导和规范消防安全评估工作,完善我国消防监督管理工作具有重要意义。通过对国内17个适用于火灾高危单位的消防安全评估地方标准的制订情况、条文内容等进行对比分析,发现现行火灾高危单位消防安全评估地方标准存在制定修订工作滞后、指标体系不全面、报告格式不详细等不足,针对上述不足提出了加快制修订工作、充实优化指标体系、完善抽样原则等对策建议。Fire safety evaluation standards are of great significance for guiding and standardizing fire safety evaluation work and improving fire supervision and management in China.Through the comparative analysis of the formulation and content of local standards for fire safety evaluation of 17 domestic high-risk units,it is found that the current local standards for fire safety evaluation for high-risk units are lagging behind in formulation and revision,the index system is not comprehensive,and the reporting format is not detailed.In view of the above deficiencies,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to speed up the formulation and revision work,enrich the optimization index system,and improve the sampling principle.
