摘　　要：目的:分析改性几丁质喷雾剂与活性银离子抗菌液治疗鼻窦炎的临床效果。方法:选取2016年1月—2017年6月钦州市第二人民医院耳鼻喉科接受手术和保守治疗的鼻窦炎患者300例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各150例。对照组使用活性银离子抗菌液治疗,试验组使用改性几丁质喷雾剂治疗。比较两组患者临床治疗效果及症状改善情况。结果:两组患者治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.616)。治疗后,两组患者鼻塞、头晕头痛、脓涕、鼻腔通气、鼻窦分泌物、鼻黏膜水肿评分均降低,且试验组评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改性几丁质喷雾剂和活性银离子抗菌液治疗鼻窦炎均效果显著,但改性几丁质喷雾剂更能促进慢性鼻窦炎行鼻内镜术后患者康复,患者症状改善明显。Objective:To compare and analyze the clinical effects of modified chitin spray and active silver ion antibacterial liquid on sinusitis.Methods:From January 2016 to June 2017,300 patients with sinusitis who underwent surgery and conservative treatment in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology,Qinzhou Second People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 150 cases in each group.The control group was treated with active silver ion antibacterial solution,and the experimental group was treated with modified chitin spray.The clinical treatment effect and symptom improvement were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P=0.616).After treatment,the scores of nasal congestion,dizziness and headache,purulent nasal discharge,nasal ventilation,sinus secretion,and nasal mucosal edema in the two groups were all reduced,and the scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both modified chitin spray and active silver ion antibacterial solution have significant effects on sinusitis,but modified chitin spray can promote the recovery of patients with chronic sinusitis after endoscopic sinus surgery,and the symptoms of patients are significantly improved.
