摘  要:目的:分析不同睑内翻倒睫类型泪膜及上皮细胞稳定性的情况。方法:选取2019年—2021年广西壮族自治区人民医院眼科收治的睑内翻倒睫患者120例(患病眼125只)为观察对象,分为先天性倒睫的先天组(n=50)、老年性倒睫的老年组(n=50)、瘢痕性倒睫的瘢痕组(n=20)。实施睑板腺红外照相机检查等临床检验,比较患者手术前和术后7 d、1个月的泪膜情况和睑板腺阻碍情况。结果:术后7 d、1个月,先天组泪膜破裂时间长于老年组和瘢痕组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后7 d、1个月,先天组睑板腺阻碍分值高于老年组和瘢痕组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:睑内翻倒睫致眼表损伤会破坏泪膜及上皮细胞稳定性,出现睑板腺阻碍,通过科学的矫正手术能够缓解症状。Objective:To analyze the stability of tear film and epithelial cell stability in different types of eyelid trichiasis.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients(125 affected eyes)with eyelid trichiasis impingement admitted to the ophthalmology department of the People's Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from 2019 to 2021 were selected as observation subjects.They were divided into congenital group for congenital trichiasis(n=50),geriatric group for senile trichiasis(n=50),and scar group for scar trichiasis(n=20).Clinical tests such as infrared camera examination of the lid gland were implemented.The tear film condition and lid gland obstruction of the patients before and 7 d and 1 month after surgery were compared.Results:7 d and 1 month after surgery,the tear film rupture time was longer in the congenital group than in the geriatric and scar groups,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).At 7 d and 1 month postoperatively,the lid obstruction score was higher in the congenital group than in the geriatric and scar groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ocular surface damage caused by eyelid trichiasis destabilizes the tear film and epithelial cells and results in lid gland obstruction,which can be relieved by scientific corrective surgery.
