摘　　要：急救及生命支持类设备维修再利用管理模式的建立,对其安全、高效、经济地运行具有重要意义。研究通过总结急救及生命支持类设备的历史维修数据,从管理流程、质控检测和经济效益对该模式进行可行性分析和论证,并以Servo-i呼吸机为例进行验证。结果显示,该管理模式在保障设备运行质量的前提下,有效提升了设备的使用效率,降低了设备的维护费用,从而有助于增强医院应急保障能力。The establishment of maintenance and reuse management mode of emergency life-support equipment is very important for its safe,efficient and economical operation.Based on the historical maintenance data of emergency life-support equipment,the feasibility analysis and demonstration of this mode were conducted from the aspects of management process,quality control detection and economic benefits,and the Servo-i ventilator was taken as an example for validation.The results showed that under the premise of ensuring the quality of equipment operation,this management mode can effectively improve the efficiency of equipment use,reduce equipment maintenance costs,and help strengthen the emergency support ability of hospitals.
