加味四物汤联合西药治疗痛风伴高尿酸血症患者的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探究痛风伴高尿酸血症患者运用加味四物汤联合西药治疗的效果。方法随机选取2020年7月—2022年6月保山市中医医院收治的202例痛风伴高尿酸血症患者为研究对象,按照电脑表格分组法将其分成两组,每组101例。对照组单纯采用西药治疗,研究组采用加味四物汤联合西药治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后尿酸水平变化情况、尿酸盐体积与骨侵蚀指标、不良反应发生情况及临床疗效。结果治疗后,研究组血尿酸以及尿微量蛋白低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组尿酸盐体积与骨侵蚀指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在痛风伴高尿酸血症患者临床治疗过程中,联合运用加味四物汤及西药进行干预治疗,可以有效降低患者尿酸水平及相关不良反应发生率,缩小尿酸盐体积,改善侵蚀情况,促使患者机体相关指标逐渐恢复正常。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of modified Siwu decoction combined with Western medicine on gout patients with hyperuricemia.Methods 202 patients with gout accompanied by hyperuricemia admitted to Baoshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2020 to June 2022 were randomly selected as research objects,and divided into two groups according to computer table grouping method,with 101 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine alone,and the study group was treated with Siwu decoction combined with Western medicine.The changes of uric acid level,urate volume and bone erosion index,occurrence of adverse reactions and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,blood uric acid and urinary microprotein in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the urate volume and bone erosion indexes of the research group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with gout and hyperuricemia,combined intervention with modified Siwu Decoction and Western medicine can effectively reduce the uric acid level and the incidence of related adverse reactions,reduce the volume of urate,improve the erosion situation,and promote the patient's body indicators to gradually return to normal.
