宫腔镜治疗基础上加用戊酸雌二醇对人流术后宫腔粘连患者内膜增厚情况的影响

摘　　要：目的分析宫腔镜治疗基础上加用戊酸雌二醇对人流术后宫腔粘连患者内膜增厚情况的影响。方法方便选取2020年1月—2021年12月期间厦门医学院附属第二医院收治的120例人流术后宫腔粘连患者为研究对象,并依据患者的治疗方式将其分入观察组(60例)和对照组(60例),对照组患者采用宫腔镜治疗,观察组患者采用宫腔镜联合戊酸雌二醇治疗。比较两组患者疗效、子宫内膜增厚、血脂及肝功能指标、宫腔再粘连率、月经量。结果观察组子宫内膜增厚、月经量明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗总有效率为98.33%高于对照组的86.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.324,P=0.037),观察组的宫腔再粘连率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜治疗基础上加用戊酸雌二醇对人流术后宫腔粘连患者有内膜增厚效果,可降低宫腔再粘连的发生,效果显著。Objective To analyze the effect of adding estradiol valerate to hysteroscopic treatment on endometrial thickening in patients with post-abortion uterine adhesions.Methods A total of 120 patients with intrauterine adhesions after artificial abortion admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen Medical College from January 2020 to December 2021 were conveniently selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases)according to the treatment methods of patients.Patients in the control group were treated with hysteroscopy,and patients in the observation group were treated with hysteroscopy combined with estradiol valerate.The efficacy,endometrial thickening,blood lipid and liver function indexes,intrauterine re-adhesion rate and menstrual volume were compared between the two groups.Results The endometrial thickening and menstrual volume in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.33%higher than that of the control group(86.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.324,P=0.037).The rate of intrauterine readhesion in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of hysteroscopic treatment,estradiol valerate was added to the patients with intrauterine adhesions after abortion.The effect of endometrial thickening and reducing the occurrence of intrauterine adhesions was significant.
