摘 要:目的探讨肺表面活性物质联合辅助通气治疗新生儿肺透明膜病的疗效。方法随机选取2019年10月—2020年11月福建省漳州市漳州正兴医院新生儿肺透明膜病患儿100例作为研究对象,采用统计学抽签法将其分为研究组与对照组,各50例。对照组为患儿提供无创辅助通气治疗,研究组在无创呼吸机辅助通气治疗的同时增加肺表面活性物质。比对两组治疗期间的各项指标、治疗效果和肺功能。结果研究组氧疗时间短于对照组,住院费用低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,血气指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为98%,对照组治疗有效率为78%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.470,P<0.05)。研究组的肺功能指标也显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于确诊肺透明膜病患儿应用肺表面活性物质联合无创辅助通气治疗可以提升治疗效果。Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of pulmonary surfactant combined with assisted ventilation on hyaline membrane disease of newborn.Methods 100 newborns with pulmonary hyaline membrane disease at Zhangzhou Zhengxing Hospital in Zhangzhou City,Fujian Province from October 2019 to November 2020 were randomly selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a study group and a control group using statistical lottery method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was provided with non-invasive assisted ventilation therapy,while the study group was provided with non-invasive ventilator assisted ventilation therapy while adding lung surfactant.The indexes,therapeutic effect and satisfaction were compared between the two groups during treatment.Results The oxygen therapy time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,the hospitalization cost was lower than that of the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group,the blood gas indicators in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 98%,while the effective rate of the control group was 78%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.470,P<0.05).The lung function indicators of the study group were also significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For children diagnosed with hyaline membrane disease,the application of pulmonary surfactant combined with non invasive assisted ventilation therapy can improve the therapeutic effect.
