利巴韦林单用与联用喜炎平注射液治疗轮状病毒肠炎患儿的疗效对比的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的系统评价利巴韦林单用与联用喜炎平注射液治疗轮状病毒肠炎患儿的疗效,以期为该疾病的临床治疗提供循证支撑。方法于建库至2022年7月根据纳入与排除标准筛选所需文献,按照给药方式将研究对象分为两组,观察组患儿接受利巴韦林与喜炎平注射液联合用药;对照组患儿接受利巴韦林单独用药。使用Jadad量表评价文献质量,Rev Man 5.3软件统计分析。结果共纳入21篇文献,总例数2643例。Meta分析显示,观察组利巴韦林与喜炎平注射液联合治疗显著缩短患儿腹泻时间(I^(2)=93%,P<0.00001),并且提高总有效率(I^(2)=0%,P=0.97)。结论对轮状病毒肠炎患儿采用利巴韦林与喜炎平注射液联合应用的疗效显著优于利巴韦林单独应用。Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy of Xiyanping injection alone and combined with ribavirin in the treatment of children with rotavirus enteritis,in order to provide evidence-based support for the clinical treatment of this disease.Methods From the establishment of the database to July 2022,required literature was screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and the subjects were divided into two groups according to the administration method.Observation group children received ribavirin combined with Xiyanping injection.Control group children received ribavirin alone.Jadad scale was used to evaluate literature quality and Rev Man 5.3 software was used for statistical analysis.Results A total of 21 literatures were included,with a total number of 2643 cases.Meta-analysis showed that the combined treatment of ribavirin and Xiyanping injection in the observation group significantly shortened the diarrhea time(I^(2)=93%,P<0.00001),and improved the total effective rate(I^(2)=0%,P=0.97).Conclusion The efficacy of ribavirin combined with Xiyanping injection was significantly better than that of ribavirin alone in children with rotavirus enteritis.
