自拟消瘾汤加常规西药治疗风寒侵袭型急性荨麻疹的效果及中医证候积分的影响

摘　　要：目的探析自拟消瘾汤联合常规西药在风寒侵袭型急性荨麻疹中的疗效和对中医症候积分的作用。方法简单随机选取2020年6月—2022年6月宜兴市中医医院接诊的风寒侵袭型急性荨麻疹90例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,每组45例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,研究组采取常规西药联合自拟消瘾汤治疗。对比两组患者中医症候积分,发作周期,变态反应指标及治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组中医症候积分、荨麻疹发作情况、变态反应指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组中医症候积分比对照组更低,研究组每周发作次数比对照组更少、发作持续时间比对照组更短,研究组患者各项变态反应指标比对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为95.56%比对照组的77.78%更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将中药自拟消瘾汤联合常规治疗应用于风寒侵袭型急性荨麻疹的治疗中,可显著改善患者中医症候积分和各项变态反应指标,效果更好。Objective To explore the effect of self-designed Xiaoying decoction combined with conventional western medicine on acute urticaria invaded by wind cold and the effect on TCM symptom integration.Methods 90 patients with wind-cold acute urticaria treated in Yixing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to June 2022 were simply randomly selected as research objects and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method.There were 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the study group was treated with conventional Western medicine combined with self-designed antiaddiction decoction.TCM symptom score,attack cycle,allergic reaction index and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM symptom score,urticaria attack and allergy index between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the weekly frequency of attacks in the study group was less than that of the control group,the duration of attacks was shorter than that of the control group,and the allergy indicators in the study group were lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 95.56%in the study group was higher than 77.78%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine Xiaoyan decoction combined with conventional treatment in the treatment of wind-cold acute urticaria can significantly improve the TCMsymptom score and allergy indexes of patients,and the effect is better.
