摘　　要：我国是农业生产大国,在发展过程中,随着农业现代化水平不断提升,农业机械化速度加快,农业生产效率不断提高。米厂主要进行稻米生产加工,米厂输送设备很重要,不但能减少人工投入,减少工作量,而且还能提高工作效率,但传统的输送设备效率低、故障频发,影响产能。由此提出米厂输送设备改进理念。本文以米厂输送设备——斗式提升机为例,深入研究,改进设备相关参数,并分析带式粮食输送机的运行原理以及常见故障,提出科学的改进方案以提高米厂的生产效率与安全性。China is a large agricultural production country.In the process of development,with the continuous improvement of the level of agricultural modernization,the speed of agricultural mechanization has accelerated,and the efficiency of agricultural production has continuously improved.Rice mills are mainly engaged in rice production and processing.The conveying equipment in rice mills is very important,which can not only reduce labor input and workload,but also improve work efficiency.However,traditional conveying equipment is inefficient and has frequent failures,affecting production capacity.Therefore,the improvement concept of conveying equipment in rice mills is proposed.This article takes the bucket elevator as an example,conducts in-depth research and improves the relevant parameters of the equipment,analyzes the operating principle and common faults of the belt grain conveyor,and proposes scientific improvement plans to improve the production efficiency and safety of the rice factory.
