摘  要:三原县城区S2供水管井施工中,钻穿第四系钻进二叠系砂岩1.3 m时,突然出现“扒车、跳钻”现象,随后钻孔内大量涌水,第四系孔壁逐步坍塌,无法实现泥浆正循环钻进工艺。钻孔塌孔泥沙压井停止涌水后,快速下入Φ325 mm套管,孔底差15.2 m未能下管到位,固井后通过冲砂沉管方法下入Φ273 mm套管到位,解决了无法继续钻进奥灰岩难题题。during the construction of the S2 water supply pipe well in Sanyuan County city,the phenomenon of“Drilling by car”and“Jumping drilling”occurred suddenly when the pipe was drilled through the Quaternary and 1.3 m Permian sandstone.Subsequently,a large amount of water gushed from the borehole,the hole wall of the Quaternary system gradually collapses,so the mud positive circulation drilling technology can not be realized.TheΦ325mm casing is quickly run in after the mud well is killed to stop the water gushing,and the hole bottom difference is 15.2 m,and theΦ273 mm casing is run in place after cementing by sand washing and sinking,the problem that the Ordovician limestone can not be drilled further is solved.
