摘 要:工作温度对高性能复合油液(Oil for High-performance complex,OCX)性能的影响较大。制备了多组不同质量分数的高性能复合油液,并进行了性能测试。参数拟合结果表明,磁场对高性能复合油液(OCX)有一定影响,磁场强度大于等于0.53 T时,力学性能较好,性能较平稳,剪切应力达到最佳值。高性能复合油液(OCX)在20℃时动力粘度最佳,且随剪切速率上升呈递减趋势,随着温度的上升,动力粘度随下降趋势,在40℃以上时,动力粘度下降较缓,在20℃到40℃以内,动力粘度每摄氏度降低1%,铁粉含量在高性能复合油液(OCX)中性能影响也较大,参数拟合结果表明,在铁粉含量在13%,19%,26%动力粘度性能较差,大于29%时动力粘度性能较好,而铁粉含量在29%,34%,38%时动力粘度性能差距并不大。The working temperature has a significant influence on the performance of Oil for High-performance complex(OCX).OCX with different mass fractions were prepared and subjected to performance testing.The parameter fitting results showed that the magnetic field had a certain effect on the high-performance composite oil(OCX).When the magnetic field intensity was greater than or equal to 0.53 T,the mechanical performance was better,the performance was more stable,and the shear stress reached the optimal value.The dynamic viscosity of the high-performance composite oil(OCX)was optimal at 20℃,and decreased with increasing shear rate.With the increase in temperature,the dynamic viscosity decreased,and the decrease was slower above 40 degrees Celsius.Within 20 to 40 degrees Celsius,the dynamic viscosity decreased by 1%per Celsius degree.The iron powder content also had a significant impact on the performance of high-performance composite oil(OCX).The parameter fitting results showed that the dynamic viscosity was poor when the iron powder content was at 13%,19%,and 26%,and was better when it was greater than 29%.However,the difference in dynamic viscosity performance was not significant when the iron powder content was at 29%,34%,and 38%.
