摘　　要：IHO计划2024年生产S-101电子海图产品并投入使用,为加快完成生产S-101标准电子海图前期准备工作,解决S-57海图向S-101海图的数据转换问题。本文通过对比分析S-57标准和S-101标准电子海图数据模型结构与要素属性的不同,找出两个标准之间数据联系与转换关系,研究设计了S-57海图向S-101海图的数据转换方法,并进行了实例转换与分析。IHO plans to produce S-101 ENCs and put them into use in 2024.In order to speed up the preparatory work for producing S-101 ENCs and solve the problem of data conversion from S-57 ENC to S-101 ENC.By comparing and analyzing the differences of data model structure and element attributes between S-57 standard and S-101 standard,this paper finds out the data connection and conversion characteristics between the two standards,and designs the data conversion method,and finally carries out the example conversion.
