摘　　要：Web版的即时通信工具不仅能够做到发送者与接收者之间的信息同步,而且支持跨平台交流,不需要安装任何桌面客户端,满足了用户在浏览Web网页时与在线好友即时交互的需求。本文首先介绍了WebIM组件前端的整体架构和通信流程,随后重点分析了用户与前端、用户与用户之间的交互设计。通过格式约定,将数据统一成JSON数据形式,能够减少系统处理操作,提高系统响应速度。文章根据设计方案探究了基于HTML5技术的页面重构和操作功能实现方式,能够较好地满足用户浏览Web网页时的通信需要,并且具有响应及时、无需安装软件等优点,兼顾了易用性和实用性。The Web version of instant messaging tools can not only achieve the information synchronization between the sender and the receiver,and support cross-platform communication,do not need to install any desktop client,to meet the needs of users when browsing Web pages and online friends instant interaction.This paper first introduces the overall architecture and communication process of the front-end of WebIM components,and then focuses on analyzing the interaction design between users and front-end and between users.By using format conventions,data is unified into JSON data,which reduces system processing operations and improves system response speed.According to the design scheme,the paper explores the realization way of page reconstruction and operation function based on HTML5 technology,which can better meet the communication needs of users when browsing Web pages,and has the advantages of timely response,no need to install software,taking into account the usability and practicability.
