摘 要:由于软土地基地质情况复杂,导致地基加固施工质量可控性差、加固效果不理想,提出市政道路建设工程中水泥土搅拌桩加固地基施工技术。确定水泥土搅拌桩的布桩形式、桩数、桩间距、桩长、桩径等设计参数,采用长螺旋钻机钻进成孔,选择普通硅酸盐水泥、水、火山灰和固化剂等原材料制备水泥土浆液,通过旋喷搅拌法搅拌成桩,实现了水泥土搅拌桩加固地基施工。实例结果表明,水泥搅拌桩芯样纹理清晰,抗压强度在0.31~0.58 MPa之间,成桩质量较好,证明了该施工技术的可行性。Due to the complex quality of soft land base,the construction quality of foundation reinforcement is poor and the reinforcement effect is not ideal,so the construction technology of cement soil mixing pile reinforcement in municipal road construction engineering is proposed.Determine the cement soil mixing pile cloth pile form,pile,pile spacing,pile length,pile diameter design parameters,such as the long screw drilling hole,choose ordinary Portland cement,water,ash and curing agent raw materials such as cement slurry,through rotary spray mixing method into pile,implements the cement soil mixing pile reinforcement foundation construction.The results show that the cement mixing pile core sample has clear texture,the compressive strength is between 0.31~0.58 MPa,and the pile quality is good,which proves the feasibility of the construction technology.
