摘 要:流域汇水范围及水系的提取分析是流域污染物排查治理的前提与基础,准确划定流域的汇水范围是污染控制单元划分和水质达标工作实施方案编制的前提条件,是流域水污染治理的重要保障。以安徽省马鞍山市含山县得胜河为例,运用ArcGIS水文分析模块,通过获取的DEM高程影像结合矢量行政边界,以此为基础进行影像拼接与裁剪、填洼、流向计算、流量计算、流量阈值分析确定、盆域分析等最终确定得胜河含山段流域内汇水范围及水系情况,为流域内水污染排查治理提供基础支撑,保障长江流域5个国控断面水质优良率达到100%,得胜河入江口断面水质达到Ⅲ类目标。The extraction and analysis of catchment area and river system is the premise and foundation of pollutant investigation and treatment in a river basin.the accurate determination of catchment area is the precondition for the division of Pollution Control Units and the compilation of river quality standard implementation plan.it is an important guarantee for water pollution control of river.Taking the Desheng River in Hanshan County,Ma'anshan,Anhui province as an example,by obtaining DEM elevation images combined with vector administrative boundaries,on the basis of this,image stitching and cutting,filling depression,flow direction calculation,flow calculation,flow threshold analysis,basin analysis and so on,the final determination of the water catchment area and river system in the Hanshan section of the Desheng River provides basic support for river pollution investigation and treatment in the basin,to ensure that the water quality of the five state-controlled sections of the Yangtze River basin is 100%qualified,and the water quality of the Desheng River estuary reaches the Ⅲ-class target.
