摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC法测定活血止痛凝胶贴膏中消旋山莨菪碱和硫酸阿托品的含量。方法:Thermo HYPERSIL C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-乙腈-醋酸钠缓冲液(用冰醋酸调节pH值至6.0)(5:5:90),流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长210 nm,柱温30℃,进样量20μL。结果:消旋山莨菪碱在1.22μg/mL~61μg/mL,硫酸阿托品在0.4296μg/mL~85.92μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率分别为96.46%和100.62%,相对标准差为分别为1.27%和1.87%。结论:本法灵敏度高,重复性好,适合活血止痛凝胶贴膏中消旋山莨菪碱和硫酸阿托品的含量检测。Objective:An HPLC method was established for the determination for Atropine Sulfate And Raceanisodamine in Huoxue Zhitong Cataplasms.Methods:column:Thermo HYPERSIL C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);mobile phase:Methanol-acetonitrile-phosphate buffered salt solution as the mobile phase for isocratic elution(5:5:90),the flow rate was 1 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 210 nm,injection volume was 20μL,and column temperature 30℃.Results:There was a good linear relationship between the peak area and Periplocoside in the range of 1.22μg/mL~61μg/mL,0.4296μg/mL~85.92μg/mL(r=0.9999).The average recovery was 96.46%and 100.54%,and the relative standard deviation was 1.27%and 1.87%.Conclusion:The method has high sensitivity and good repeatability,and is suitable for the determination of Atropine Sulfate And Raceanisodamine in Huoxue Zhitong Cataplasms.
