摘  要:根据待加热工件的材料、结构形状与尺寸特征,通过有限元分析软件进行加热过程中热传导效果的数值模拟分析,确定了柔性电缆的最佳匝数和匝间距计算方法。通过工艺设计和生产验证,用柔性电缆感应加热设备,实现了某焊接转子的焊前预热、焊后热处理等加热、保温阶段的精准控温,结果表明该方法具有加热均匀性好、加热效率高、降低能耗和简化工装等优点,且生产操作简便。According to the product characteristics,the calculation method of the optimal number of turns and turn spacing of flexible cable is confirmed through the numerical simulation analysis results of finite element analysis software.After the process design and production verification,flexible cable induction heating equipment is used to realize the accurate temperature control in the heating and insulation stages such as preheating of welding rotor and post welding heat treatment.The results show that this method has good heating uniformity,high heating efficiency,reduce heating energy consumption,save tooling cost,and is easy to operate.
